  • I love your coffee. Can you tell me where you get your coffee beans from?

Thank you! We’re big coffee lovers so we’re rather fussy when it comes to good coffee. We have partnered with Carrara Coffee Roasters in nearby Market Harborough and serve their luxury artisan coffee in the café.

  • I’m a big foodie. Do you run any monthly events?

What a coincidence, we’re big foodies too! We run various monthly evening events, including our popular pudding nights and bistro nights. You’ll find details of current events on the website and our Wistow Café Bistro Facebook page.

  • I want to cancel a booking for one of your evening events. Can I get a refund?

Sorry, all bookings are non-refundable. We can, in exceptional circumstances, move your booking to another night. However, this is solely at the discretion of management and you must let us know of your wish to move your booking at least 48 hours before the event.

Our events book up quickly and we often have to turn people away. Last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our small business. When you ask to cancel or move your booking at short notice, if we are unable to fill the available space, this leads to a loss of income. As a hospitality business, we have suffered significantly over the course of the pandemic, and we cannot afford to lose out even further. We hope you understand.
